We accept Visa and Master Card over the phone for your order. If we do not have the part you require we will contact our many suppliers until we can obtain the part for you. SUPPLIES: We have filters and cleaning supplies for your water distillers, and other water purification equipment. SERVICE: When you send us your water purification equipment for repair, our normal turn around time is 48 hours. PRICING POLICIES: As an Authorized Precision Water Distiller and Polar Bear Water Distiller Sales and Service Center we are currently working on publishing pricing policies for the internet. Due to the widespread deviation from Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Pricing by un-authorized dealers in the marketplace, we may undergo a published pricing ban. We do not believe in Manufacturers telling us not to publish prices. We feel that you have a right to know the price right up front. If you can not find the pricing you need, contact us! We prefer to talk with you directly regarding pricing so that we know that all your questions about our product are properly answered. You can see all the specifications of all our water distillers on this website.
